Serbia and Montenegro IEEE MTT-S Chapter won the 2024 MTT-S Outstanding Chapter Award!

MTT-S has established an award for Outstanding Chapters worldwide that have exhibited exceptional performance. The chapter performance evaluation is based on how effectively chapters have served their MTT-S members considering technical activities, societal activities, educational activities, membership elevation, Fellow and award nominations. The Outstanding Chapter Award is given to no more than 5% of the MTT Society chapters.

Serbia and Montenegro IEEE MTT-S Chapter has been selected to be among winners of the 2024 Outstanding Chapter Award. We are honored and proud to be among the best MTT-S Chapters in the world!

Power Electronics Society of Serbia awarded the IEEE Serbia and Montenegro Section with a great Charter for continuous support and technical co-sponsorship. The Charter was handed over by the president of the Power Electronics Society of Serbia Prof. Vladimir Katic, during the 22nd edition and 50th birthday of International Symposium on Power Electronics, held in Belgrade in the Ceremonial Hall of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts. Prof. Mladen Koprivica, the IEEE S&M Section Chair receiving the Charter congratulated the symposium on its anniversary and expressed his gratitude for the recognition and continuation of the IEEE support to the future symposiums.

IEEE MTT-S Chapter Srbije i Crne Gore dobitnik je nagrade IEEE MTT-S Outstanding Chapter Award, za aktivnosti u toku 2017. godine. IEEE MTT-S nagradu dodeljuje chapter-ima na osnovu njihovih tehničkih i obrazovnih aktivnosti, kao i aktivnosti vezanih za razvoj članstva. Nagradu dobija ne više od 5% MTT-S Chapter-a.

Profesorka Takako Hashimoto, IEEE Membership Recruitment and Recovery Committee Chair, uputila je priznanje IEEE Sekciji Srbije i Crne Gore za izvanredne rezultate na planu obnove članstva i privlačenju novih članova u 2018. godini. Na osnovu ovih rezultata, IEEE Sekcija Srbije i Crne Gore nagrađena je zlatnom medaljom.

Jun 7, 2010 Dodeljivanje nagrade dr. Ljubivoju Popoviću

2009 IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Region 8 Chapter of the Year Award. More: IEEE Serbia and Montenegro Section's Joint Chapter SP&CAS has received the 2009 IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Region 8 Chapter of the Year Award. The award was given at the IEEE Circuit and Systems Society 2009 Awards ceremony held during the 2009 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems in Grand Hotel in Taipei (Taiwan) on May 26, 2009. Region 8 CAS Chapter of the Year Award went to Prof. Branimir Reljin from the University of Belgrade (Serbia), the Chair of IEEE Serbia & Montenegro Joint Chapter.
